Meet Our PI/Staff

Janice E. Campbell-Loss, RN, CCRC
Director of Operations/President

Janice received her AAS nursing degree from Monroe Community College, a BS degree in nursing from the University of Rochester and a BA in Psychology and Biology from St. John Fisher College. She anticipates finishing her M.S. in Advanced Practice Nursing in the Spring of 2013 at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. Janice has worked at Dermatology Associates of Rochester since 1986 as a general dermatology nurse, surgical assistant, laser and leg vein injector and research coordinator. She had been the Associate Director of Skin Search Rochester, Inc., a partner with Dermatology Associates since the inception of Skin Search in 2001. Janice took over her husband’s position of President and Director of Operation after his sudden death in 2008. She is a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator since 2007, and has completed multiple courses relating to research at the University of Rochester Medical Center, ACRP and DIA. Since 2005, she has been an active member of the National Association for Clinical Research Professionals. Janice has coordinated and/or administered over 100 clinical trials.

Denise Forster, LPN, CCRC
Assistant Director of Clinical Research

Denise is a graduate of the Rochester School of Practical Nursing. She continued her education at Finger Lakes Community College in general studies and currently attends SUNY Empire State for a BS degree in Health Care Administration. Denise will complete her degree in the Spring of 2013. She has worked at Dermatology Associates of Rochester since 1996 as a general dermatology nurse, phototherapy technician and
research coordinator. Denise has been part of Skin Search of Rochester, Inc, a partner with Dermatology Associates since the inception of Skin Search in 2001. A certified clinical research coordinator since 2007, she has completed multiple courses relating to research at the University of Rochester Medical Center, ACRP and DIA. Since 2005, she has been an active member of the National Association for Clinical Research
Professionals. In her current position, Denise specializes in site trial administration and regulatory responsibilities. Denise has coordinated and/or administrated approximately 75 clinical trials.

Jennifer Goodrich, RN, CCRC

Jennifer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the State University of New York at Geneseo and completed her Associates Degree in nursing at Monroe Community College. While Jennifer attended nursing school, she worked as a front office receptionist at Dermatology Associates of Rochester. Upon graduating nursing school, Jennifer worked as a general medical/surgical nurse at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Jennifer joined the Skin Search team in November 2009. She completed a course in Fundamentals of Clinical Research at the Association for Clinical
Research Professional convention, and has been a member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals since 2009. She has been a Certified Research Coordinator since March 2012. Jennifer has coordinated over 20 clinical trials as a primary research coordinator.

Angela Klim, MA, CCRC
Research Coordinator

Angela graduated from Bryant and Stratton Business Institute with an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting. She spent two years working with an Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology group in Rochester before joining Dermatology Associates of Rochester in 1997 as a staff medical assistant. Angela quickly ascended to surgical technician, phototherapy technician and research coordinator. Angela has been a valued member of the Skin Search team since its inception in 2001. She completed a course in conducting clinical trials at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Office for Human Subject Protection and has been a member of the Association for Clinical Research Professionals since 2005 and a certified research coordinator since 2008. Angela has worked on over 75 clinical trials as a primary research coordinator.
