Full Time Position
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Greeting clients and patients and verifying demographic information and entering into the electronic record system
  • Add and verify active insurance information
  • Check patients in and out- collecting appropriate co-pay
  • Schedule appointments and procedures
  • Educate patients on procedures offered
  • Prepare schedules for upcoming week
  • Promptly answer phones
  • Open or close office to prepare reception are for the first client by the start of business hours
  • Maintain a neat and tidy waiting area
  • Scan documents into an electronic record
  • Process records requests
Full Time Position
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collect and accurately document information and assess patient in office
  • Monitor blood work and vital signs
  • Assist providers in procedures including but not limited to skin surgeries, injections and laser surgery.
  • Update Medical record with accurate patient history, medication, reason for visit and visit notes as dictated by the provider
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools, equipment and rooms
  • Set up room for procedures as instructed by the providers
  • Educate and update patients on procedures, medical treatments and medications
  • Conduct follow up calls for patients after appointments or if any questions arise
Full Time Position
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee Cosmetic Center staff and daily operations
  • Assist HR Manager in recruiting and training new hires for Cosmetic Center
  • Assist call center with cosmetic calls
  • Coordinate cosmetic team meetings
  • Schedule with Pharma representatives for meetings and sample drop offs
  • Act as customer service advocate for patients
  • Maintain accuracy of schedules
  • Ensure appropriate scheduling of patients and utilization of schedules
  • Pull reports to ensure we see appropriate amount of patients
  • Receive escalated patient relation matters
  • Work with the business development team and set up educational opportunities in the community
  • Coach cosmetic team on sales management
  • Provide information about products and services offered
  • Oversee all cosmetic orders and supplies
  • Act as liaison between providers and staff
  • Attend weekly Team Leader Meetings and report and messages back to front office team
  • Work with Team Leaders to coordinate team and patient events
  • Continually seek out feedback from team on areas for improvement
  • Assist in developing ongoing policies and protocols
  • Serves as a leader, working to encourage and inspire all team members to provide the best possible outcome and care to patients
